How do you guarantee the security of my packages?
Each traveler is verified with ID. We use a secure code system for each exchange and a payment escrow to protect your transactions. Real-time tracking allows you to follow your package at any time.
How much does it cost to send a package with ColisGo?
Our rates are 30 to 50% lower than traditional carriers. The final price depends on distance, weight and package size. Travelers propose their rates, you choose the offer that suits you.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All shipments are protected by our payment escrow system. In case of problems, our customer service intervenes immediately. The secure code system and traveler verification considerably minimize risks.
How to become a ColisGo traveler?
Simply create your profile, verify your identity and indicate your usual routes. You will receive shipping proposals on your routes. It's an excellent way to monetize your existing trips.

Can I track my package in real time?
Absolutely! Our mobile app allows you to track your package via GPS in real time. You receive notifications at each step: pickup, transit, arrival and confirmed delivery.
Is there a weight or size limit for packages?
Packages must be hand-portable (max 20kg) and fit in standard cabin luggage. For larger shipments, our algorithm automatically finds travelers equipped with suitable vehicles.
How is payment secured?
All payments go through our secure platform. The traveler is only paid after delivery confirmation by the recipient. We accept credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.
