ColisGo offers multiple payment options to suit users' preferences.

The recommended option is payment through the platform, where funds are securely held until the parcel has been delivered. Once delivery is confirmed, the payment is released to the traveler.

Users may also choose to arrange direct payment between themselves. In that case, the payment terms are agreed upon by the sender, recipient, and traveler.

For the best protection of all parties, ColisGo recommends completing the payment only after the parcel has been successfully delivered and verified, unless the users agree otherwise.
