Are There Any Size or Weight Limits for Parcels?

Parcels should fit safely inside the traveler's vehicle and be easy to transport.

For most trips, we recommend a maximum weight of around 20 kg. Larger items may also be shipped, provided the traveler has enough available space and agrees to transport them.

Before confirming a shipment, senders and travelers can communicate through the in-app messaging system to ensure the parcel's size and weight are suitable.
